Position Overview:

Support the Product Team to deliver a right-first-time product that fits consistently, meets legal and quality requirements, lands to critical path, and protects margin.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Product Team with day-to-day product fit development across categories

Prep and assist during fit sessions and note-taking

Measure samples accurately and prepare fit logs

Write clear, commercially realistic fitting comments for suppliers

Review and assess samples from prototype to production stages against agreed fit, construction, and quality standards

Maintain fit consistency across the range adhering to grade rules

Tech Pack creation and updates

Maintain product records, approvals and lab test certificates

Chase, organise and prioritise sample flow to critical path

Assist in collating and reviewing test reports

Support post-production QC checks, wearer trials and customer feedback

Skills & Experience:

Degree in Fashion / Clothing Tech / Product Development or 1 year+ relevant industry experience (can be placement year)

Confident understanding of pattern, fit, construction and basic grading

Able to measure garments, compare to size spec and identify cause/solution

Can write clear, supplier-usable tech comments

Organised, good attention to detail, can prioritise against Critical Path milestones

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Systems / tools

Experience with using a PLM or similar is beneficial but not required

Excel, Word, Outlook
